Summer Menu
The blessing of summer is fresh fruits and vegetables from your garden.
Summer means tomatoes, zucchini, squash, cucumbers, the last of the artichokes (in early summer), and fruit:
blackberries, peaches, apricots, figs, plums, apples and grapes!
Summer also means Genovese basil. Mmmmmmmmmm.
Some of the following meals require the following refrigerated or frozen items:
Mozarella cheese, cheddar cheese, eggs, sour cream, bacon (can be from storage), chicken breasts, tortillas (or you can make your own), orange juice concentrate, lemonade concentrate, frozen blueberries (unless you have canned) and apples. Everything else comes from the pantry and the garden.
