Arrange lettuce on plates. Top with sliced peaches and feta cheese. Drizzle with balsamic orange vinaigrette.

 

I grow lettuce in my garden. By May, the lettuce is bolting, but still sweet enough to eat early in the month. At that time, the Desert Gold peaches in my garden are ripe.
