Whisk all ingredients together in a jar. Pour a little over your lettuce and enjoy!
This would be fantastic with goat cheese and walnuts if you have them. I use edible flowers to add a little something to my spring lettuce; here I’ve used nasturium blossoms; you could use johnny jump-ups, pansies, or chive blossoms if you wish.
I store this dressing in a jar in the refrigerator for a few weeks.
