I am grateful for the library’s online resources that make it possible for me to study another language, for the rain that fell today, and for the encouragement of a stranger.
What are you thankful for today?

I’m thankful that we were able to load up a trailer full of bad dirt to take to the dump. We have lots and lots more to do, but we’re making (slow!) progress! If you want to see what I mean about our dirt (aka lime rocks), check out my latest video in the garden…
I was thankful for a quiet day spent at home. Though it was Black Friday, I did no shopping. I did no cooking (so thankful for leftovers!). I read a book and relaxed! What are you thankful for today?
I’ve lived in Las Vegas for 18 years, and every year, the wind comes in on Halloween or the day before, bringing a drastic drop in temperature and signaling the end of warm days for the year. According to the weather predictions, the same was set for this year. Sunday it was 84°F. Wednesday it…
I am thankful for a YouTube tutorial that taught me how to do three things in Lightroom with very simple and clear instructions. I was only looking for one thing in particular, so the other two elements it taught me were not only a bonus, but they were two things I was wondering how to…
Today I’m thankful for the ability to envision a plan in my mind and on paper, and a husband who is dedicated to helping me realize that vision. I’m also grateful for upside-down spray paint! What a wonderful help in marking out all the garden beds! What are you thankful for today? A note to…
Today I am thankful that the Swiss chard and lettuce seeds that I sowed in the garden last week are germinating! What are you thankful for today?
The pink roses are so lovely! I hope they have a good scent.
I am thankful for family. I could use up many screens if I typed out all the reasons why!
I am thankful for clothing and shoes for every type of weather, particularly waterproofs for the heavy rain we have had today.
I am thankful that I could bring home leftover food after helping with a funeral luncheon. I am grateful my friends are willing to give me remnants of yarn from their knitting projects so I can make a striped shawl. I am grateful for my neighbor who trained as a pastry chef and taught some of us how to make a better pie crust.
I’m thankful for the library for all it offers, but especially the audiobooks. I have dry eyes and sometimes need to rest them with warm compresses. With an audiobook, I look forward to to this time.
I am thankful for receiving many leftovers from the Thanksgiving meal given by the Confirmation class at church. My husband is the Pastor and we were given enough for several meals. I’ll freeze some, use the real mashed potatoes to make lefse and eat some for lunch the next few days

I am thankful for my ancestors, who left a legacy of strong family ties, strength of character, faith in God, strong work ethic and a great sense of humor!
I am thankful for the chance to try again, every day.
I am thankful for taking cuttings of impatients and coleus to root for next spring. I am thankful for very inexpensive sweet potatoes to last for a while, and for grocery shopping with my daughter and two grandkids which is much more fun than by myself!
I’m thankful for an improving shoulder after many long hours of physical therapy, for a wonderful husband, and for the sun we’ve had the last few day (rainy climate, here). I’m glad you got rain, though!
