Each November, I post every day about something simple for which I am thankful that day. Often, we are thankful for the large things, but we forget to see the small and simple blessings that surround us each day.
Today, I am thankful for beautiful weather. I have the windows and doors open, and we are enjoying this beautiful day. It’s 77ºF here (23ºC). It’s much cooler than yesterday (it was 84º yesterday), and we should have a few days this week in the 70’s before it drops into the 60’s next week.
What are you thankful for today?
I am thankful for the apples I have waiting for us to make into apple crisp for the freezer and applesauce to can up. I am also thankful for the free heritage squash I picked up from my work yesterday that is waiting for me to process as well. I feel so blessed to have access to fresh food that I have preserved for use during our long winter here in Canada. It brings such peace of mind knowing we are well stocked.
Thankful for the ability to homeschool..
I am thankful for my husband who agreed to cook supper so that I was able to write some urgent emails for work. Whatever he makes, it smells good. And he helps our oldest with his math homework at the same time!
Today I am thankful for my phone! All of my family are across country and I am happy I can keep in touch by calls and texts.
I am thankful for the opportunity to work one of my jobs from home and for the extra hours that I have for the month of November. This allows me to save mileage on my car and gas money. My other jobs require driving though the mileage is a deduction.
The Houston Astros won the World Series!
Good Morning Brandy~

Nov. 1st Received notice today that funding to assist a disabled family member has begun to be approved. So very grateful.
I run a craft market for the holidays and an artist who has participated in the past, but can’t this year, just donated 100 handmade ornaments to give out, or to sell! Such kindness! It is a gift worth hundreds of dollars.
I’m thankful we finally had time to watch Facing the Giants yesterday evening!
And I’m thankful that there was enough time to bake and cook several things today, including a new recipe we liked.
I am thankful that I have a wonderful family to come home to each evening. Many are not so fortunate!
Blessings,
Lea
I’m thankful that Christ died for my sins and that I live rejoicing in my relationship with my Heavenly Father!
I am thankful for the Senior Services for offering reduced priced lunches 5 days a week
I had forgotten you do this! I rarely comment, but love reading your post and the comments. Today I am thankful that we still haven’t had to turn the heat on, although it’s getting close.

Thankful for my mom who mended a stack of towels for me and thankful that my sewing machine could handle it.

I, too, am thankful for better than average weather. Snow will come soon enough!
I am thankful for Deseret Industries. I stopped in today on my way home from town, looking for a frame for an 11 x 14 print I had purchased for our oldest daughter’s anniversary. I found a beautiful oak frame, in wonderful shape, that is a perfect fit, for $3!
I am very grateful for my husband. I went away with my sister over the weekend and he did a wonderful job.
Today I received a call from my oldest niece, who was married last April. She and her husband are expecting their first child. I’m very grateful for this blessing.
Thankful for a husband who helps with both household chores and does more than the lions share of cooking (family joke that I make the best toast).
I’m thankful for the beautiful fall foliage in Northeasr Ohio!
Yes, our most precious blessing and reason for getting up each and every day! I am so thankful!!
What a wonderful idea to share our blessings each day… Today I am thankful that I am starting to feel better after several days of vague illness.
Thankful for the wonderful weather and the ability to appreciate it.
I am thankful for a great report at the doctor’s office on the improvement of my diabetes. And, for fresh clean water that comes right out of my faucets… so grateful that I never have to go fetch water. Blessed!
I am thankful for an even tempered husband who is here to make us warm and is not as overwhelmed as I at the mountain of tasks ahead.
I’m thankful for my husband and my family.
I am thankful that I get to spend time with my beautiful granddaughter!
Me, too!
Brandy, I am thankful for your beautiful photographs. I just love today’s picture of the daisy.
I am thankful for my health, which has been as good as it has for this long. I’m having some bumps in the road and was happy to get to see a cardiologist on two days notice–one who has not seen me before. Have a procedure scheduled for 11/14 and two tests scheduled for 11/7 to make sure it’s OK to have the 11/14 procedure! Kind of tense, but happy the doctors want to make sure the procedure will go as safely as possible.
I am thankful for a wonderfully supportive husband 🙂 .
I am thankful for the incredibly gorgeous view I have right now. My Autumn Blaze maple tree is just breathtaking. It’s like orange fire.
I am thankful for all the many blessings we receive and even for hardships, too, which serve to refine us.
