I am thankful for the friends I made many years ago in Lyon, France. I am in touch with almost all of them on a regular basis and they continue to bless my life.

I am grateful for the beautiful sunny morning. What are you thankful for today?
I am thankful for Thanksgiving leftovers. They made my day so much easier and left me with more time to work on other projects.
I’m thankful that I took the time on Monday to encourage an online friend who was feeling very down. I asked her how she was feeling on Tuesday and she said she was feeling much better. Yesterday, her husband posted on her Facebook account that she had a heart attack and was in the hospital….
Today, I am thankful that we had RAIN!!! What are you thankful for today?
Today I am thankful for the ability to be up and doing! While I am still healing and cannot sit, today I had the strength to get up and get some things done. After not being able to do much of anything the last two days, being out of bed for just a bit…
I’ve gone to bed exhausted the last several days, as we’ve been shoveling the rocks that are our native garden “soil” and loading them onto a trailer to take to the dump. So, today’s post is for both yesterday and today. While my husband was getting rid of the rocks, I took a few minutes…
I am thankful for the beautiful colors on the mountain this morning. The sun shone in such a way the mountains looked a variety of oranges instead of the greys and browns they usually are. It was glorious!
I am thankful for my nephew in Chicago. He organized a video for my sister-in-law’s 66th birthday with videos from my family in Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Ohio, Delaware and New York.
I am thankful for the time spent with my children and grandchildren this weekend. They are all so dear to me.
I am thankful for my research skills so when I hear something that sounds fabricated or far-fetched, I can investigate on my own! Love being able to check things out. Love the truth!
I am thankful for books and the ability to read!
Today I am thankful for the happy delivery man who brought my food. Also very thankful for the technology that allowed me to talk and see my daughter as she starts her new life on a farm.
I’m thankful for my son today. It is such a blessing to witness holidays and traditions through the eyes of a child. Even the simplest of things are cherished. Extra snuggle time, play time and time in the kitchen with Mama preparing our holiday meal and goodies to go along have thrilled him and I am truly blessed to witness it. Love my little family so much!!
I am thankful for a spouse who knows the importance of isolating (with me) this Thanksgiving. Before he retired he attended infectious disease seminars as part of his job. I will miss my grandchildren and children but realize that this is just one year and I am thankful that we will all be safer this way.
I went all out and made placemats, runners, napkins, plus new candles. We are making rolls and pie at home.
We are going to dress up and play music that we love. Plus we are texting with relations to show phone pics of what our table and food look like.
I am thankful both my husband’s and my father’s surgeries went very well today. I am so grateful for modern medicine!

I am thankful for my pastor and his wife, who are going to visit family in the same town as my sister lives. They are taking my Christmas presents to their in-laws house where my sister will pick it up, saving me a lot on postage and it has gifts to unwrap with things to do before Christmas. It all got arranged today and I will take it to them bright and early tomorrow. My sister has really been struggling and I thought early gifts would bring some joy. They were happy to do it!
I am thankful that my husband’s stress test today showed no immediate concerns. After two previous heart attacks, that was music to my ears!
I’m thankful for decent (in Nov.) weather. I really don’t want mountains of snow just yet. I feel the need to stay in denial just a bit longer, please and thank you!
I am grateful that Andrea Bocelli is giving a livestream, online concert on Dec. 12. I don’t have a ticket yet but
