Popsicles

Pineapple/Pear/Peach/Mandarin Orange/Passionfruit Popsicles

Whenever you open a can of fruit to make fruit salad, save the syrup or juice in which it is packed. Pineapple is usually packed in pineapple juice, and while it is not enough to make popsicles on its own, combined with the syrup from canned pears, peaches, or mandarin oranges, it makes a tasty popsicle.
Dole makes a canned Tropical Fruit salad that comes in a 6lb. 10 oz can, packed in passionfruit juice and a light sugar syrup. It makes the most delicious Passionfruit popsicles. Eat the fruit salad for breakfast and use the juice for your popsicles. I did this and they tasted like the Passionfruit Italian ice I had in Switzerland. Yummy!

Grape Juice Popsicles
Grape juice can sit on your pantry shelf, and by itself makes wonderful popsicles.

Orange Juice Popsicles
Orange juice popsicles can be made with reconstituted frozen orange juice concentrate, or with canned juice from your shelf.

Chocolate Pudding Popsicles
Make instant chocolate pudding and pour into popsicle molds.
