Today, I am thankful that my husband was able to go to two grocery stores for me. He was able to buy 10 lbs of chicken leg quarters for $2.90 (an unheard of price in this area!), 12 pounds of clementines for $12, 10 cans of evaporated milk for $10 ($1 a can), 60 pounds…

What a beautiful picture Brandy! I’m grateful for my husband. I’m also grateful for the surprise discount we got yesterday for veterans at Dollar General. We were very happy! The discount is thru Sunday.
I, too, am thankful for those who have served. I’m a military family member and spouse. I’m also grateful for the many family members who have served along side or waited during deployments.
I am thankful for all the servicemen and women who fought and gave their lives for our freedom. We will remember them.

Yes indeed! So thankful for the men and women who have served and their families who have held down the fort while they served! There are great sacrifices involved and we are the beneficiaries of those sacrifices. One of my sons just retired after 15 years and another is serving currently. We are blessed!
I’m thankful for my mail carrier. He knows I’m running a small business and really goes the extra mile when picking up packages I’m shipping out.
I accidentally posted under November 10th but it is November 11th that is Armistice Day in Britain, Remembrance Day in Canada, Veterans’ Day in the U.S. Brandy, that is a wonderful photo. I am thankful for those who fight for liberty, who have served in wars for freedom and to prevent genocide.
Also, for those who fight against unjust wars and tyranny.
Today, I celebrate the withdrawal of Russian forces from Kherson in Ukraine!
I am thankful all the veterans that are serving now and in the past. I am thankful for theirs families and all the sacrifices that they have made.
I am thankful that my children have siblings they love so much. We got home and they were so excited to see each other again. My son wanted the baby to ride on his shoulders! I hear of people who have trouble with jealousy of the new baby and I am thankful that it hasn’t happened to be a problem for us.
I am thankful for all the brave people who have served our country.
I am thankful for the chance to take a walk on this beautiful fall day.
I am thankful for those who have served, and their families who have also sacrificed. And I particularly remember families whose loved ones will never come home in person. I know one such family personally this month, and there was an honor guard meeting my sister’s plane this week, a soldiers final trip home.
I am thankful to be able to travel freely to any state without having to show anyone anything.
I, too, am thankful for those who are serving and have served our country. So much is asked of these families.
