I’m thankful that I was able to attend church today.

What are you thankful for?
I’m thankful for the beautiful weather we’ve been having lately. What are you thankful for today?
I am thankful that my husband figured out a less expensive solution for me to use what I already have to make it work better for me. I was considering a purchase that would be beautiful and useful for my business but would also take up space we don’t have. My husband figured out a…
I am thankful for the inspiration I find on social media. I know for a lot of people, social media brings feelings of envy. If someone you follow makes you feel this way, I encourage you to take a break from following that person (or persons) and follow those that make you feel inspired. I…
I’m thankful for antibiotics. What are you thankful for today?
I’m thankful to Larisa Patel, who said, “No problem; I can take care of that for you right now” and fixed my website. Larisa, you are awesome!
I am grateful for meaningful, understanding conversation, and many hidden vegetables in my garden! What are you thankful for today?
For two things this morning. First, for the extra hour of sleep last night. Second, for the beautiful morning. We went to a fundraiser this morning for the local low cost spay and neuter clinic. My boys (husband and doggy) did a 5k run and I cheered. We couldn’t afford for both of us to sign up, but we were happy to do what we could. It was a fun event and a great way to start the day.
The same as you. We had a guest speaker today at church. His message was wonderful. Enjoyed it very much. Got to see some good friends; they are retired and live in New Mexico for the TX summer months. This was their first week back since last May. It was so good to catch up with news. The whole day was just very nice. It was a cool day, first day in a while when it was not sunny and HOT. We are supposed to get more rain tomorrow too.
I’m thankful for the beautiful weather we’re having. Sixties in November; yes, please!
Today I am thankful for a full fridge and freshly done laundry. I feel ready for a work week to start tomorrow.
I’m thankful that after church my husband and I were able to have a date. We had lunch and did some shopping. He needed boots and insoles for work and my oldest son needed several things as he just had a growth spurt. What blessings…time together, money for necessities, and healthy, growing children!
I’m thankful I was able to get groceries today – and that I am finally on top of my back log of laundry.
I am thankful that I got to spend the day with family. After church, we enjoyed a nice lunch of soup with those who could attend the family lunch, including a niece that is not always there. Then, we spent the rest of the afternoon watching our nephew. He had fun, and so did we.
I am also thankful that I got to sew a little bit this afternoon. I have not been able to sew very much since we moved. I am still finding my sewing things, and setting up a way to manage it in such a small space. Right now, the machine is set up on the end of the table and the ironing board is in the middle of the living room. Not ideal, but it worked for today. I have missed sewing, so am excited to have carved out some time for it.
Thankful to make it so spin class today. Praising God for the health to be able to do this!
Oooh, gorgeous picture!
I’m thankful to have the home that the DH and I do. I was just admiring a new shelving unit that we put up this weekend, and it makes me happy to see it. I’m also thankful for the opportunities that I’ve been given in life.
I am thankful that a group I joined I can call a community of mine. I am blessed.
I’m thankful I could attend church yesterday.
I am thankful for the sermon on “what to do when you’re feeling overwhelmed” I heard today that encouraged me as I have had a year full of much heartbreak.
The one thing I am very happy about – I had purchased some alpaca fiber from the lady that hosts our monthly spinning bee and spun it into a very pretty two-ply yarn. Then I used my inkle loom to weave book marks for all the ladies in the group for Christmas. 🙂 I also work very hard to stay on top of what is going on in my refrigerator so I don’t waste food. The garlic cloves I planted in our garden are coming up.
I am thankful for the extra hour we received with the time change on a leisurely day that we could enjoy by sleeping in. I am thankful for the delicious roast beef Sunday dinner we enjoyed as a family and the leftovers that will feed us for another meal this week.
I’m thankful for our church and for the godly examples set by my husband’s and my parents and grandparents.
I am thankful we live near an affordable college that has the Major my son is interested in going into. We did an Open House there today and got to talk to several Professors and look around in the buildings. They gave students ‘Welcome Bags’ and had lots of snacks and drinks for free. We had a great day exploring all around the campus. We even ran into another family we know. My son got lots of freebies, such as headphones, pens, pencils, a magnet, purell, and a lanyard. Its about a 20 minute drive from us. He is really excited to start next Fall. We are waiting for his acceptance letter.
I am thankful to be able to go hiking with my husband!
We are ever thankful for Sundays and what they mean to us.
Yes indeed, the freedom to worship, listen to talented Christian artists and sermons over the airwaves and internet at the touch of a button (24/7) & read my Bible daily. Very, VERY grateful for that!
