Octavius and I are taking a trip to St. Louis to attend two graveside memorial services.

I’ll be seeing relatives that I haven’t seen for 17 years.

I’m not taking my computer, and I don’t have a cell phone, so I won’t have internet access until I return late next week. I’m looking forward to seeing your comments on all of the posts I’ve shared this week when I return!

  1. Octavius is so adorable. He seems like a very happy baby. I hope you both have a safe trip, Brandy. It’s always nice when you can reconnect with family.

  2. Sorry you have two services to attend, but it is always nice to re-connect with family you haven’t seen in a while. My father had 14 siblings and my mother, 5, so our family is quite large as well. Some of our best times have been at funeral breakfasts. I hope Octavius is a good traveler–we flew with our older daughter for the first time when she was three months old–easier than waiting another year and then trying it. Enjoy the break in routine.
