We had to re-arrange the tables more than once, but finally settled on an arrangement that worked. People had enough room without feeling crowded, ate a ton, and enjoyed the day. I’m thankful to have a house, where I was inside, out of the rain that was pouring down, surrounded by people I love and who love me.

  14. I am thankful for this blog and the wonderful folks I have “met” here. I’m also thankful that while the income would have been nice you chose to keep your blog as ad free as possible. The side ads are gentle, relevant and not obtrusive. I am thankful that your income has headed in the right direction, that Merivenes knees are mending, the Juls job and health is better and that those who have had to face many health issues know that they are not alone and that they have a rooting section here, waiting to offer hope, prayers, ideas and love. I am thankful I was looking for “pantry” one day and the web (GOD) brought me to YOU. And I am thankful I was smart enough to read the website, get hooked by the wise musings of a caring and sharing woman and that she then got a blog going so I could meet all these wonderful, doubting, sharing, scarred, honest and loving folks who give of themselves in so many ways. You all are the best things to happen to me in many years. Thank you!
