What are you thankful for today?

What are you thankful for today?
I was thankful for a quiet day spent at home. Though it was Black Friday, I did no shopping. I did no cooking (so thankful for leftovers!). I read a book and relaxed! What are you thankful for today?
I’m grateful that my husband was able to find conduit to run wires today to run to the sprinkler boxes and to run to these lampposts. He had to go to multiple stores before he found any, and we were worried that our project would be delayed. What are you grateful for today?
I am thankful to be able to share the abundance of basil from my garden with three people today. I had planned to cut it and pull it all out today and tomorrow, and I really didn’t want to waste any of it, but it is getting too cold for it to keep growing. …
I was setting up my blanket and checking my light when this goose started honking repeatedly near me and then walked right in front of my camera today! It was followed by two other geese, each a different type of goose (the second goose was a Canadian goose). It was so funny! Today, I’m thankful…
Today, I’m thankful for hugs. What are you thankful for today?
Today, I am thankful that we had RAIN!!! What are you thankful for today?
Thankful for last night’s beautiful sunset!
Brandy, at the moment I am thankful for your gorgeous photograph. Second, I am thankful for two things I heard/read earlier in the week that have guided my week and been very helpful.
l. The preview of the book “Keep Moving” by Maggie Smith on Amazon.
2. Do the thing that you want most to accomplish that day first.
This about sums up my thankfulness:

Delightful!
Gardentpat,
Thank-you for posting that. It was beautiful.

Today I am thankful for the courage to say what needs to be said to my children. Sometimes, when they make decisions that are questionable, it is difficult to open a dialogue.
That is a difficult thing, we are in the same boat with some of our younger adult children. It does take courage!
I am thankful for friends who are willing to do zoom playdates with my children. It’s been a great way to connect. Also, I’m grateful for the technology available!
I am thankful to have made it safely to work yesterday, we had terrible flooding and several bridges were underwater. Thankfully I took a route that worked and was safe.
Today I am thankful for the view from my kitchen window. I love watching the deer eat from the fallow field in the valley and along the mountain ridge.
I’m thankful the power is still on. We’re having high winds right now along with our rain. Often that means that power goes out. So far so good.
Today I am thankful for colleagues at work.
That made my day. Such a beautiful reminder of everything we have.
Today I am thankful for my dogs and their silly antics.
I am thankful that a friend finished shovelling my driveway. I am thankful that the doe that jumped the fence and landed within 6 feet of me or the buck further off did not charge me. I am thankful for the friend who dropped off groceries for me.
I found two bread mix packages I bought at a charity bazaar — I am thankful that with my arm they did not need to be kneaded.
Again, I am thankful for heat, food, electricity. I am glad to have an emergency supply of firewood, if needed.
I’m grateful for my friend who was a founding member of our local food pantry. I helped her this morning, at the pantry, stocking shelves. She gave me several items to share with a neighbor who would never go to a food pantry but could use a blessing once in awhile.
I’m thankful that I could go grocery shopping. We bought things that were on sale for Thanksgiving. I was glad to get out of the house, even if I did wait in the car while my husband went in and I “shopped” while on the phone with him. We saw deer and a skunk with a white tail on the way home. I was thankful that we did not hit the skunk and it did not get scared.
